For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I did not receive a discount! The two mover crew arrived at my home at 12:pm (which was almost two hours late) and the job ended at 5pm but I agreed to paid for the additional hour drive time back to Madison, making the official end time 6pm.? This makes the job hours ($according to their prices)I agreed to an additional $charge for the distance of my moveI also agree to a $stair charge ($total)I asked for a 17' truck, they brought a 10' - at additional cost to me, I rented another vehicle for the move.? I was charged $720.? What was my discount? I feel I was grossly overcharged.? Regards, [redacted]

We did end up charging her less then what she was quoted due to the guys being late
