Job interview on Signal app felt off from the start

I got a message about a job interview with VEVVA or United Health Group, I’m not even sure which one. The guy said his name was Rick Steward and he’s the hiring manager. He wanted me to contact him on Signal app using that number +1 231-828-8038 and a link.

So I looked up the number and it’s from Minnesota. He said to send a message on Signal or give a missed call and they’d get back to me. It felt strange because no real company does interviews over Signal like that. I never sent anything or called but I’m pretty sure it’s a scam. No money lost but still annoying.
