Ordered something from a Facebook shop and it never came

I ordered something off a Facebook shop, it was through Shopify I think. They promised it would be delivered in 2 weeks. That was 3 months ago.

I sent 3 emails asking what was going on with the delay. No real answers. I finally asked for a refund and they just stopped replying. Never heard back. Lost $65.
