Crypto app VFZEOLY froze my account and wants more money to withdraw

I downloaded this crypto trading app called VFZEOLY. At first I put some money in and did a test withdrawal, and that worked okay. So I invested more and started making money on some trades.

But when I tried to withdraw my money after that, they wouldn't let me. They just froze my account completely. Now they're saying I have to send more money to them to "reopen" the account so I can access my funds. It feels like a trap. I've lost $9000 total.
