Letter about a home warranty with a fake ID card inside

I got a letter in my PO Box saying my home warranty was expiring. It had this fake looking home protection ID card in it with an expiration date. The whole thing felt off right away.

The letter gave a phone number and a business name, and said to contact someone named Vicky Mercer who is supposedly the program director. It also had operating hours and a customer ID reference code. No company name I recognized anywhere on it.

I didn’t lose any money but I’m just tired of getting stuff like this in the mail. It’s obviously a phishing thing trying to get you to call.
