Charged $49.99 by Vine Tech Limited while trying to pay for parking

I was trying to pay for a parking spot downtown and got sent to this Vine Tech Limited site without realizing it. They took my credit card info and charged me $49.99.

Right away I tried to email the contact they had. It came back undeliverable. I sent three more emails to different addresses they listed, like [email protected]. All undeliverable. The phone number was a UK number and it wasn't in service.

I tried to cancel through the link they gave. It was either a dead link or it said my email wasn't valid. Now they have my credit card and my info. I have to call my bank and deal with all this. The whole thing was very shady.
