Ordered a wall heater with free blanket, never got anything

I ordered a small wall heater from them, it was supposed to come with a free thermal blanket. The email they gave was [email protected], and it said HOMEDICS on it. Order #1046.

Never got the items. No shipment, nothing. When I tried to email them back, it just went to conversation archives. Couldn't even get a picture of what I ordered. Lost $34.99.
