Ordered a BOGO deal but only got half my items

I saw this buy-one-get-one-free deal for primer and mascara on Viralaluna.com and ordered it. I was supposed to get two primers and two mascaras total. I was really excited to try the combo.

What I got was just two mascaras. No primer at all. I tried calling their customer service at (308) 262-1137, and the call just hung up. I also emailed [email protected] and never got a reply back.

This is just bad business. Also, the mascara isn't even good. It's nothing special and definitely not worth $38 for two.
