Got an ad for brain honey capsules claiming to cure Alzheimer's

I saw an advertisement on MSN for these brain honey capsules from Vitacarenaturehealth.com. It said the product was a cure for Alzheimer's and was recommended by Bill Gates. They advertised a 100% refund within the first 60 days.

But when I looked into it, the address on their website to return the product isn't the same address that someone named Gustavo from "4U Nature" gave me in a new email. He sent a link to Grupo BH Ever. Something about it just doesn't add up. The whole thing feels off.
