Ordered from Vitacost but got damaged products from iHerb

I placed an order on Vitacost like I have for years and was always happy with them. But this time my order went through iHerb instead and they took my payment for $109. When it arrived the packing job was terrible and stuff was damaged. My toothpaste came out of the box and the safety seal that is always on that brand was missing. That makes me worry about using it.

A lot of my items were crushed and not usable anymore. There is no way to contact them about your issue and trying to file a return goes nowhere. I have heard from other people saying they are having the same problem with Vitacost and iHerb and they are going to report them wherever they can. Vitacost used to be a good place to order food but not anymore. Buyer beware.
