Ordered a birth certificate and now they charge me every month

I ordered a birth certificate for my husband, John White, through them back in February. Paid $150 for it. Never got the certificate.

Now they been charging my credit card $9.99 every single month since February. I try calling the number (844) 754-2805 but nobody ever picks up. Couldn't get ahold of anyone at all.

Had to cancel the whole credit card just to stop the monthly charges. Still never got the birth certificate.
