Paid for a marriage license copy and got nothing

I needed a certified copy of my marriage license and ordered it from Vitaldocumentmart.com on April 3rd, 2026. It cost me $94. Right after I paid, I got an email saying I'd hear back in 24 to 72 hours. They said they'd send a completed application with instructions on where to send it.

I never got anything. I've emailed them several times. On April 9th and 10th I tried. On the 11th I got a return email just saying they'd be in contact soon. That was it.

I sent another email on April 14th saying I would file a complaint if I didn't hear back by the 17th. I still haven't heard a word from them. My order number is W3DGMRI7. I have the confirmation but no documents and no real help.
