Ordered a dress, canceled quickly, and they won't give a full refund

I placed an order for a normal size dress from voslee.com. Then they emailed me trying to turn it into a custom order, asking for my measurements. I told them I didn't want a custom order because I would be returning one of the dresses anyway. They said all their dresses are made to order.

I canceled the whole order within 24 hours. They said they'd only give me 80% of my money back. I never even received any dress. And I never got any money back from them, not even the 80%.

They kept emailing me after that, it felt like harassment. I had to dispute the $277 charge on my credit card. That's still being reviewed. Do not order from them.
