Ordered hoodies and got the wrong ones with no refund

I ordered the 2 pack of "Jesus Loves You" hoodies from their website vossaofficial.com. Tracking never updated and I emailed them 4 times with no response at all. No phone number to call either.

After almost 2 months a package finally showed up. It was 2 hoodies but not what I ordered at all. I emailed them again and finally got a reply. When I said I wanted a full refund they said "Effective immediately, we have updated our sales policy. Due to recent operational adjustments, we are no longer able to offer refunds on any purchases."

So they changed their policy right then just to not give me my money back. $60 gone. Their email is [email protected]. This company is a scam.
