Ordered a death certificate and never got it, calls go unanswered

I ordered a death certificate from Vrexprs TX on March 26th. They charged me $59. I haven't received any documents or even an email from them. It's been weeks, nothing.

I've tried calling the number they have, (844) 903-5552, multiple times. It just rings and rings, no one ever picks up. I have no way to get in touch or find out what happened to my order.
