Ordered a product but getting billed for a VIP club I never signed up for

I placed an order around Feb 3 2026. After a few weeks I called to follow up because nothing showed up. The rep said it was still on its way. Then I had tracking issues.

I called again weeks later and they told me the charge wasn't for the product, it was for a VIP club service. I explained I never ordered any VIP club. It was just a one time purchase, not month to month. The person on the phone said they would handle it.

But I'm still being billed today for this VIP service. The charges say "30-d Money Back Guarantee" but I never agreed to that. To date I still have no product delivered.
