Emailed bill from someone I do not know after identity theft

I got this emailed bill and I have no idea who these people are. My identity was compromised and I am not using any of their services.

I am sending you the bill I received in the email. The sender’s email address is right there on it. I am writing them down here too: [email protected] and [email protected].

That is all I have. No company name on the bill. Just those emails and a phone number (812) 266-8141. I did not lose any money but this feels wrong.
