Ordered a case, returned the damaged item, and never got my money back

I placed an order on waliicases.com. I did get the product, but it was damaged when it arrived. So I sent it back. They got the return, they have the product. But my refund for $44 never came. I tried contacting their support email and the phone number, but nothing. They just kept my money and the item. It doesn't make any sense.
