Ordered shoes that were way too small and they want me to ship them to China

I ordered some shoes from walkstk and they came and they were way too small. Not even close to fitting. So I emailed them about it, sent a couple emails back and forth. First they offered me a 10% refund, then they upped it to 20%. I just want to return them and get my money back, I paid 75 bucks for these.

Then they told me if I wanted to send the shoes back I had to ship them to China. That doesn't make sense to me, the shipping would cost more than the shoes are worth. Their website is walkstk and the email is [email protected]. I don't know what to do now, I'm just stuck with shoes I can't wear.
