Paid for wallpaper installation that was never finished, now it's peeling

I hired someone for a wallpaper service. They didn't finish the job but asked for full payment anyway, saying they'd come back when the rest of the wallpaper arrived. After the wallpaper came, I called several times to get them to complete it. They ghosted us.

We finally got them to schedule an appointment. They were a no-show. Then they blocked our phone numbers. Now the original wallpaper they did install is bubbling and lifting up. I'm out $500 and the work is ruined.
