Voicemail about a fake Xbox and iPad purchase on my mother's Walmart account

My mother got a voicemail. It said there was a pre-authorized purchase on her Walmart account. An Xbox Series X and an iPad 11 for $3,499. It told her to call the fraud department at 970-303-2043 if she didn't recognize it. That part was repeated twice in the message. I saved the voicemail but your system won't let me attach the M4a file.
