Ordered a shirt from Walmart but got a dental sanitary pad instead

I bought a shirt through Walmart's website. It was from a third party seller on there. When the package finally arrived, it wasn't a shirt at all. It was a disposable sanitary pad, the kind they use in a dentist's office.

I paid $14 for this. The return address was 60-28 Myrtle Ave in Ridgewood, NY. This is just a complete scam. I ordered a shirt and they sent me garbage. Now I'm out the money and I have nothing to show for it.
