Got a strange voicemail about a $36,000 loan I never applied for

I got a voicemail from a guy who said his name is Walter. He said he's an account specialist working on my approval for a $36,000 personal loan. He left a number, 833-588-3781.

The message said they were pending income verification and asked if I wanted to use a balance transfer option. He said they'd need account information for balances to pay off. He said to call back before 6 PM.

I never applied for any loan. I don't know who this is or how they got my number. The whole thing felt off. I didn't call back.
