Got a weird letter about my car warranty extension

I got a letter in the mail from (888) 646-0339 Warranty Services. They're trying to get me to extend the warranty on my car, a Chrysler Pacifica I just bought a few months ago. The letter doesn't have a person to talk to. It just says to call the phone number during their hours of operation to get an extension. The whole thing felt off.

Got a threatening call about my car warranty ending

I got a call from (888) 500-1321. The person said it was from Warranty Services and they used really threatening language about my car warranty ending or having ended. It felt really off.

There was no actual company name given, no letterhead or logo. They didn't give a physical address, a mailing address, or even a website. The only contact information they supplied was that phone number. The whole thing didn't make sense and just seemed like a scam.
