Ordered a polo shirt on Facebook and it never came

I saw this polo shirt on Facebook so I ordered it. They never even sent me a receipt or anything. So I emailed their customer service and they gave me a tracking number for some weird logistics website. It said it went from China through customs in Greece and then got handed to USPS and finally arrived at my house. But it never actually went to USPS and nothing was ever delivered. I tried contacting them again and they just told me to look around my house and ask my neighbors and go to the post office. I get email alerts from USPS and it was never given to them. Total scam.
