Fetal doppler doesn't work and they won't refund

I ordered a fetal doppler from Wellness Baby Co. and it just doesn't work. I tried it a few times and nothing. So I asked for a refund and they said no because of "hygiene" reasons. That's what they told me.

They said they would send me a replacement instead but they never did. That was a while ago now. I just want my money back. I paid $65 for something that doesn't even work and now I'm stuck with it.
