Got a weird text about a job from a number I don't know.

I got a text from (775) 481-6158 asking if I was still open for work. I said no, and asked where they got my number. They ignored that I said no and then sent four texts super fast, faster than anyone could type. It felt like some kind of automation.

I replied asking a question to see if it was a bot. I got no response back. The texts said they were from Lori at Westaff company, talking about part-time and full-time openings and asking if I was over 20 with citizenship. It just felt off.
