Ordered a bowstring for Christmas and never got it

I ordered a bowstring from Westwood Archery online back in early December for my son's Christmas present. I paid $130. It's now March 23rd and I still haven't received anything.

I've emailed them at [email protected], called, and texted so many times. The owner, Eric Warren, has texted me back a few times. He kept saying he mailed it, then that he had to remake it and mailed it again. After a whole month of this, I still have nothing.

I told him Monday, March 23rd was the last day to get the bowstring or I'd have to do something. He told me I'd get the bowstring and a refund by today. I didn't get either one, and today is March 23rd. He's just stolen my money. This company is a total scam. I've been ripped off.
