Ordered a custom wig and they wouldn't send a picture before shipping

I saw a wig on WigSiS.com and paid $136 for it. Before I paid, I asked them if they could make it exactly like it was advertised. They told me they could.

I wanted to see a picture of the wig before they mailed it out to me. I asked for that. They said they weren't able to do that. They just wouldn't send a picture.

Now I've paid the money and the wig is coming without me knowing what it looks like. It didn't feel right. Their email is [email protected] and the address they have is in Lake Forest, California.
