Ordered shirts for my grandsons over a month ago and never got them

I ordered some shirts from Wild Threads Co for my grandsons. It's been over a month now and I still haven't received anything. I tried to find a way to contact them, but there's no phone number or real address. All they have is a support email.

I sent an email asking for a refund. That was a while ago. I haven't gotten my money back and I haven't gotten any reply about it either. I paid $179. It just feels like my money and the order disappeared.
