Bought wheels that didn't fit, now they won't give my money back

I bought wheels from this store and they didn't fit my vehicle. The manager at the time decided to add a wheel spacer and it wasn't right. I waited a while, and then that manager wasn't working there anymore.

I explained everything to the new manager. We tried other options and nothing worked. Then that manager left too. So I decided to just return them. But now they say there's no type of funds coming back to me. That's what the manager told me.

I was told before that if I returned them, they would buy them back, just not at the full price. It was supposed to be an optional pay back. Now I'm just out the money.
