Paid for an order online and it never arrived, tracking number was fake.

I paid online to Williamssonoma.com. They gave me a delivery date and a tracking number. I waited for the delivery and it never showed up.

I tried using the tracking number they gave me. The tracking number did not work. It said no such tracking number exists.

The money, $69.97, came out of my account. I tried contacting them at the phone number (323) 280-7756 and the email [email protected] but got no real help. The whole thing feels like a scam.
