Owner sold the business and kept over $2100 of my team's money

I was the captain of a club at Willow Faith Gift & Home Co. with seven people under me. We all had money in our accounts there. The owner, Roberta, sold the business and I was never notified about it during the process.

Now there's $2132.67 of my money and my team's money that Roberta never disclosed when she sold the place. I emailed her at [email protected] and she stated she is not going to reimburse me or my team. I believe this is fraud and stealing.

I have the names of my entire crew that is owed their money back from her. I need to know what to do to get our money that she has taken.
