Ordered quilted items, got cheap fakes from China instead

I saw pictures on Willowvaleco.com and ordered seven products. I thought I was ordering from a company in Vale, Colorado. The pictures advertised showed quilted items. All the items pictured were quilted.

The delivery was really slow and it came from China. When the items finally arrived, they were not quilted at all. They just have the appearance of being quilted. They are complete counterfeits and do not match what I paid for. I lost $229.44 on this order.

Ordered laundry baskets from willowvaleco.com and never got them

I saw this site willowvaleco.com and ordered two quilted laundry baskets. The money came out, it was over sixty-six dollars. I never received anything. No baskets, no shipping info, nothing.

Later on I looked into it and realized the company has a high scam alert. I wish I had checked first. I just feel stupid for ordering. The address they list is in Denver, and the contact email is [email protected], but none of it seems real.

Ordered something online and the whole thing seems like a scam

I ordered a product from WillowValeCo.com. The photos they had were just too good to be true. After I paid, I never got any notice about a shipping date. Nothing.

So I looked the company up. Turns out it's not legitimate at all, it's a scam. I'm out almost $38. I emailed them at [email protected] asking for a full refund. I copied the email to the BBB too.

If you look, even their logo is wrong. At the top of the page it's spelled like WillowVialco, with an "I" or some symbol. It's not correct. That's a tip-off. And there's no customer service number to call anywhere.
