Paid for an online order and never got anything

I saw this website, willpows.com, and placed an order. I paid $30.99 for it. The money came out of my account just fine.

But I never got what I ordered. Nothing ever showed up. I tried emailing their support address, [email protected], but I never got a reply back. It's like they just took the money and disappeared. The address they list is in Kowloon, HK, but that doesn't help me at all. I just want what I paid for or my money back.
