Bought a broken fridge on Facebook Marketplace and got ghosted

I bought a fridge from someone named Wilmer Amesty, who was selling as the Appliance Hub on Facebook Marketplace. He promised it came with a warranty. The fridge was broken when I got it. I told him it was broken and he just ghosted me. I paid $700 for it. Now I'm out the money and stuck with a fridge that doesn't work. He's in Ocala, FL.
