Ordered an advent calendar from a Facebook ad and never got it.

I saw an ad on Facebook for a Christmas Vacation Advent calendar from a company called Wintervale Co. I placed the order on November 15th, 2025. It's now January 26th, 2026 and I still haven't received anything.

The tracking link they gave me doesn't work. I even tried looking it up on Yun Express myself and it just says the item is still processing. I paid $50 for this and it feels like my money is just gone. I never got the product and there's no way to get a real update on where it is.
