Got charged $196 from withrecover.com for something I never bought.

I got a charge on my card for $196 from withrecover.com. I have no idea what this is for. I never bought anything from them. I don't even know how they got my credit card number, and they definitely have my phone number and email too. I'm not sure what they're supposed to be or what they took the money for. It just showed up.
