Ordered a robotic dog but got a cheap toy with no controls

I ordered the Wobble AI dog from wobblefriends.com. I paid $59 with my credit card on February 24. The ad said delivery in three to five days, but I didn't get it until March 19.

It came in just a clear envelope, not a box. The thing is only about three inches high. It's supposed to be a robotic dog with AI and controls, but there are no controls at all. It just barks and doesn't stop. It's not what was advertised.

I asked for a refund. I emailed [email protected] and a person named Sarah told me to send pictures, so I did. Now they are saying no refund because of their policy. I spent $59 on this tiny, barking toy.

Ordered a robot dog online and got a cheap toy instead

I ordered a robot dog from the Wobble Friends website back on Feb. 11, 2026. The website showed a nice robot dog, but what showed up at my house three weeks later was only worth about five dollars. It didn't even look like what I ordered.

The charge on my account wasn't even from them. It was from some business called Fashionista Trends Limi in Hong Kong. The website says it's based in Medina, Ohio and lists business owners named Tom and Sarah. But there's no contact number on the site.

I've been complaining to them over email. They keep saying they're a legal business and promise a full refund, but I haven't gotten any money back. The last email I got from them was dated March 2, 2026. I'm still waiting.
