Ordered bracelets from Facebook ad, got sent empty packaging instead

I saw an ad on Facebook for bracelets and placed an order through wondolla.com. I paid $47 for two of them.

After waiting for two months, a package finally showed up. When I opened it, it was just empty packaging material. There were no bracelets inside.

I tried to contact them using the customer email, [email protected], but I never got any reply. The address listed is 290 Duffy Ave in Hicksville, NY, but I have no way of knowing if that's even real. I just want my money back for a product I never received.
