Paid $350 for a kitten but they won't show a live video or give a refund

I found Woodley Siberian Kittens online and they offered a Siberian kitten for $500 plus $250 shipping. They had extra photos and videos of the kittens, so I paid a $350 deposit. After that, they sent over a fake contract for me to sign and then asked for another $400.

Before sending more money, I asked for a live video to prove they actually had the kitten. They refused and just said the contract was all we needed. They said they'd refund us if we changed our mind. So I said fine, just refund us then. They haven't responded at all since then.
