I ordered and payed for a table saw on 8/19/13 that I was told they can get in 7 to 10 days. On 9/5/13 I called them to find out where my item was. They said they would call their distributer and call me back on 9/7/13. I had to call them and find out that they can no longer get that saw, that someone bought out the remaining stock and I was out of luck getting the saw. They did say that there MAY be some somewhere else, but I had to wait another 2 days to find that out. I cancelled my order and asked for a complete refund. I since bought a used saw somewhere else. I felt as though they did a Bait & Switch on that piticular item and was mislead. I told them how unhappy I was and how they mishandled the whole transaction from day of purchase to delivery or in this case, NO delivery of item. I want other consumers to be aware of how they handle sales of orders.
