Charged $95 after signing up for a $36 dog training app

I signed up for what seemed like an affordable dog training app from Woofz.com. It was supposed to be $36 for 3 months. Then out of nowhere they raised the price to $95. They say it was in the print when I subscribed but it absolutely was not there.

I canceled as soon as the charges started pending. They still refused to refund the $95 that came out of my account. I never agreed to pay that much.
