Phone call about a membership I never applied for

Got a call from (775) 243-9710 saying they were responding to my membership application. I didn't apply for anything with them. They said it was an association for women with networking, branding, an SEO website, and job stuff. Sounded okay I guess.

They said they'd send a welcome package by email right after the call. Never got it. Tried calling back and emailing [email protected] but nothing. The website is www.worldwidewomensassociation.com and the address they gave is NV, USA. Lost $299.00. Just feels weird.
