Ordered capris online and got charged twice with no delivery

I ordered 8 pack capris on April 1, 2026 from a site called tic toc. They took the money out of my account two times. I still haven't gotten my order and it's been over a month now.

I tried emailing them at [email protected] but no reply. The phone number they had was (000) 000-0000 which doesn't even work. So I'm out 50 bucks and nothing to show for it.
