Ordered toothpaste from Facebook ad and got empty package instead

I ordered [Trip Whitening] Niacinamide Whitening Toothpaste from woyuosh.com. I saw it on Facebook and also on YouTube. The tracking number they gave me is fake in the USPS system. The package came from Valley Stream NY 11580 but the online address is from WY. They shipped an empty product.

I found out later this company has bad reviews everywhere like Trustpilot, Reddit, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter X, and YouTube. I lost $17.94. I already reported it to my Chase account and filed a fraud report. Hopefully the bank will give me my money back.
