Ordered a toy online, never got it, and now they won't reply

I bought the Wuffy dog toy online back on January 2nd. I found the code for it on a YouTube website. I paid almost $39 for it.

I never received anything. I kept writing to them at their email, [email protected]. They just kept saying it's coming, please give it time. They asked for my address and phone number twice, which felt really off to me.

Now it's March 9th and there's still no package. They've stopped replying to me. Please do not order from this website, it's a scam.
