Letter about trademark cancellation with fake USPTO office

Got a letter in the mail from something calling itself the USPTO, but they left out "US" on the envelope. It said my trademark was in cancellation and I had to pay $1250.00 to renew for 5 years. They gave a fake registration number and the address is a virtual office at 19125 North Creek Parkway Suite 120 in Bothell, WA.

I called the real USPTO and checked. My trademark is active with no issues. The phone number they gave is (800) 983-4701 and the website is www-pto-us.com. They are just using public trademark data to find people.
