Ordered a shirt from Wylln in October, never got it and no one replies.

I saw an ad on Instagram for a Zoro shirt and went to their site, wylln.com, to buy it. I paid and placed the order back on October 3, 2025. It's now January 21, 2026 and I still haven't received anything.

I've tried emailing their support address multiple times. I also sent DMs to their Instagram account, @wylln.merch. No response at all. If you look at their recent posts, the comments are full of other people asking where their orders are, and Wylln never replies. Someone said their email might have been blocked.

I paid $37.92. It feels like a complete scam.
