Paid $100 for verification on WyPaw and got nothing but a scam inquiry

I paid $100 to WyPaw to get verified and for a background check. They said I needed this to receive payments and that being verified would give me a better chance on their site. That was two months ago.

In that time I got one inquiry and it was a scam. Someone asked me to move off the platform and I told them I would get terminated if I did that. So I got nothing real from them.

I asked for a refund and they said no because I used their services. But I paid the $100 specifically to receive payments and I have received zero payments. So I don't see how I used any service. Their address is 2570 N. First Street Suite 200-100A, San Jose, CA 95131. Their email is [email protected].
